LEADERSHIP TEAM

GOOD TO BE GOOD is a nonprofit association created for and by women and gender-diverse folks—driven by the dedicated and principled efforts of our team, board directors, volunteers, partners, advisors, and collaborators.

As a small but mighty team, we work with purpose, values, and solidarity—guided by integrity and a commitment to shared power. Our multidisciplinary core team is made up of dedicated leaders, service providers, and advocates working to improve the lives of women and gender-diverse individuals in our priority communities.

We’re committed to equity, justice, and building a more just world for women and gender-diverse people. We hold ourselves accountable to our communities and the future we’re working toward—together.

Our multidisciplinary team brings a mix of lived experience and professional skills across areas like program design, social services, mutual aid, outreach, advocacy, research, organizing, and leadership.

Everything we do is rooted in care, urgency, and a shared commitment to lasting change.
